Ingredients
Chicken Pieces (about one whole
chicken), Onion (1), Small Potatoes (2), Chilly
Pepper (1), Carrot (1), Ground Black Pepper, Salt
Seasoning
Gochujang* (2 tbs), Ginger (2 tbs),
Soy Sauce (1tbs), Garlic (2 tbs), Sugar (1/2 - 1 tbs), Rice Wine (2
tbs).
Method
1. Clean vegetables and cut into big
pieces. (About 2 x 1 x 2)
2. If you have time, marinate chicken pieces with white wine and
ginger beforehand.
3. Make seasoning.
4. In a big, deep skillet stir chicken pieces and add vegetables. Stir
for about five minutes, and then add water (1 - 2 cups of water,
depends on chicken pieces), and add half of the seasoning.
5. Boil for about 30 minutes over medium heat. Add the rest of the
seasoning, and boil for about ten more minutes. When water is reduced,
add salt and black pepper.
