Soonduboo (Tofu Casserole)


Ingredients

Soft Tofu for Soup----------25oz
Pork Meat----------4oz
KimChi----------8oz
Clams----------5
Green Onion----------1

Meat Seasonings

Salt----------1tsp
Chopped Garlic----------1/2tsp
Sesame Oil----------1/2tsp
Ground Black Pepper

Soup Seasonings

Ground Red Pepper-----2tbs
Soy Sauce for Soup-----1tbs
Salt----------1tsp
Chopped Garlic----------1tsp
Ground Black Pepper

Method

1. Clean clams.

2. Cut pork into small and thin pieces, add meat seasoning and mix.

3. Chop kimchi.

4. Heat a pot over high heat, coat it with oil, and stir in pork and kimchi.

5. Reduce heat to medium, and add 1/2 cups of water. Add clams, tofu and place soup seasoning on top of tofu.

6. Over medium low heat, boil the soup for 45 minutes.

7. Add salt for taste, if desirable. Add green onion at the end.
